The listed price is for one person only and is non-negotiable.

Makeup bookings are based on the event. If the price is not suitable, the client must pay the remaining balance, and only then the makeup process will continue.

A 50% down payment is required for all bookings. (The down payment is non-refundable.) All clients are encouraged to confirm the exact date and time before booking. Payment must be made no later than one day before the event. If payment is not made by the event date, the makeup artist has the right not to appear at the location.

The down payment must be made within 24 hours after receiving the invoice. If more than 24 hours are required, please reconfirm.

If bookings are made less than three days in advance, payment will be made in full.

Cancellation policy (if full payment is made 30 days prior to the event)

If canceled 30 days prior = 50% refund of the total.

If canceled within 14 days = 25% refund of the total.

If canceled within 7 days = non-refundable.

If the MUA cancels, the deposit and full payment will be refunded.

A rescheduling of the date, time, and location is allowed once, provided the MUA schedule is met and/or mutually agreed upon. If no suitable schedule is found after discussion, the deposit will be forfeited.

Transportation fees for locations outside of UiTM Shah Alam are not included in the listed price.

Please allocate at least 2 hours before your event for your makeup session.

If you have any allergies or skin sensitivities, please do inform me in advance.

Payment can be made in Cash, Bank Transfer (QR) and through Tng Wallet.

Clients are expected to be punctual. If a client is more than 30 minutes late for the scheduled appointment, I reserve the right to leave the location, and no down payment or balance will be refunded. All risks resulting from lateness are borne by the client.
